This Privacy Policy explains how AegisNow ("AegisNow", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, request a demo, or use our AI-native insurance platform. It applies to our public website and to the services we provide to enterprise customers.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a customer using our platform, we act as a processor and that customer is the controller. In those cases, the customer's own privacy notice governs how the underlying data is used, and we process it only on their documented instructions under a data processing agreement.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, role and the contents of any message — when you contact us, book a demo, or create an account. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, to operate and secure the site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer platform data to train models for any other customer.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and offer EU/UK data-residency options for the platform where applicable. We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If your data is processed by an AegisNow customer through our platform, please direct your request to that organisation as the controller; we will support them in responding.
