These terms govern your use of the AegisNow website and platform, covering acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law. Enterprise use is also governed by your signed subscription agreement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AegisNow website and the related products and services we make available (the "Services"). By accessing the website or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Enterprise use of the platform is additionally governed by the master subscription agreement or order form executed between AegisNow and the customer. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.
02許容される利用
You agree to use the Services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You may not misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, related systems, or another customer's data.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or their underlying infrastructure.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or use the Services to violate the rights of others.
03アカウントとセキュリティ
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to enable available security controls such as single sign-on and multi-factor authentication where offered, and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
04知的財産
AegisNow and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Services, including all software, content, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement. You retain all rights to the data you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to provide and secure the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AegisNow does not provide legal, regulatory, actuarial, or financial advice, and outputs generated by AI features are intended to assist and are surfaced for human review — they should be verified by a qualified person before being relied upon.
06責任の制限
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AegisNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, where no fees are payable, a nominal amount.
07有効期間、変更、準拠法
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
